About Us
Portland Utilities Construction Co., LLC is an underground utility construction company specializing in trenchless technology for water and sewer pipeline renewal and/or replacement. Formed in 1991 by Ernest G. Woodcock, the company offers a wide variety of pipeline rehabilitation services including television and clean, pipe bursting, UV cured in place pipe, and open cut replacement. Service renewals, lateral connections, point repairs, manhole rehabilitation and pump stations are also additional services provided by experienced personnel. The goal of the company is to fully meet the complex sewer and water pipeline rehabilitation needs of its clients.
