Transportation Associate

Community Life Bridge is seeing a Transportation Associate for a Part-Time position with the following schedule: 
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM Approximately 20 hours per week.

Duties include: 
Program Support
? Provide rides for Community Life Ride members as assigned
? Observe passenger well-being during transit; report any sudden changes in a client’s physical or
cognitive state to agency case managers or family emergency contacts
? Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle, offer steady walking support, and help load/unload
groceries, packages, or mobility devices (walkers, canes, and collapsible wheelchairs)
? Balance transportation responsibilities with community relationship-building efforts Assist Program
Coordinator with home visits for new riders as needed
? Serve as a positive and professional representative of Community Life Bridge during all interactions with
riders, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders
? Occasionally evening and weekend hours may be required for events and outreach opportunities

Office & Administrative Responsibilities
? Attend weekly staff meetings
? Log mileage and time accurately
? Provide feedback notes on rides provided
? Assist with office coverage during the absence of the Office Coordinator
? Must adhere to Community Life Bridge Vehicle Policy at all times
