    About the Role:  
    Kirby Building Systems is seeking a Part-Time On-Site Mental Health Provider to 
    support our Teammates at our Portland, Tennessee facility. This contract position 
    offers a minimum of 8 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours 
    based on employee utilization. 

    Key Responsibilities: 
    • Provide confidential mental health counseling and support to teammates. 
    • Conduct individual sessions, crisis intervention, and mental wellness 
    education as needed. 
    • Maintain appropriate documentation and adhere to professional ethics and 
    confidentiality standards. 
    • Collaborate with the HR Manager and Medical Provider to ensure 
    continuity of care for employees. 
    • Work with HR and leadership (as appropriate) to support a culture of mental 
    well-being. 

    Qualifications: 
    • Must hold a valid Tennessee state license as a Licensed Professional 
    Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). 
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing individual mental health 
    counseling 
    • Experience providing individual counseling in a workplace or clinical setting 
    is preferred. 
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and build 
    trust with employees.

    • On-Site in Portland, TN 
    • Minimum of 8 hours per week, with potential for growth
