Booth Sizing!
Each booth space is 10x10. Anything over 10ft will require additional booth space purchases. For example if you have a 30ft food trailer you will be required to purchase 3 booth spaces.

Attention!
By applying for a booth space, I am assuming all responsibility for all items and personnel working in my booth and will not hold the Portland, TN Chamber of Commerce or the City of Portland, TN liable for any damage to property, or theft, or personal injury, or other accidents that may occur. Food Vendors: Please note the Portland, TN Chamber of Commerce will not be responsible for obtaining any required licenses or permits. Furthermore, the Portland, TN Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for the payment of any fees required for said licenses or permits.
Prime- Located in Section A
• Prime- Electricity Access: $350.00 per 10x10 space. - Located in the very front of "Section A" along Hwy 109.
Section A- Electricity Access
• Section A- Both Non Electric and Electricity: $250.00 per 10x10 space. - Located in the center of the festival. Right off HWY 109 and in the Gazebo Parking lot.
Section B- NO Electricity Access
• Section B -NO Electricity Access: $225.00 per 10x10 space. NO FOOD VENDORS - Located in the Sumner Employment Parking Lot- Also where the Main Music Stage is Located.
First Baptist Church Lot- NO Electricity Access
• First Baptist Church Lot -NO Electricity Access: $225.00 per 10x10 space. Near the Shuttle drop off and pick up location
Section C- NO Electricity Access
• Section C -NO Electricity Access: $200.00 per 10x10 space. Located behind the Chamber building off E. McGlothlin Street Where the Robo Cars and Mechanical Bull are location. Also the acoustic stage
Main Street- NO Electricity Access
• Main Street -NO Electricity Access: $175.00 per 10x10 space.
North Russell- NO Electricity Access
• North Russell -NO Electricity Access: $150.00 per 10x10 space. Located across from City Hall and next to the Kids Zone
Section D- NO Electricity (New Section from 2024!!)
• Section D- NO Electricity Access: $150.00 per 10x10 space. - This is a new location added in the 5 Chefs Parking lot. It will be located across from the shuttle drop off/ First Baptist Lot. NO FOOD VENDOR SPACES left here.
Important!!!
Please remember, “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE!” We will, however, attempt to give priority to returning vendors and vendors who offer strawberry items for sale. **ABSOLUTELY NO “220” AVAILABLE; “110” ONLY!!** **GENERATORS ARE WELCOME!!** **NO WATER AVAILABLE FOR VENDORS.**

Once your application has been received, it will then be reviewed. If approved you will then be emailed about payment. Payment must be obtained ASAP in order to reserve your spot. Thank you!!! Also- please allow up to 2 weeks to receive a response once application has been submitted.
