God’s creation is filled with wild plants that taste great and are filled with nutrients, but how do you know which one to add to your salad tonight? Wild edibles can be daunting because of the diversity and assumed knowledge for quality identification and use. This course is intended to be a basic introduction to enable anyone to start their journey with wild edibles and medicinal plants. We will talk about plants found in your front yard, parks, and Eastern US woodlands. No prior knowledge or qualification is necessary. After this brief intro, you should feel far more comfortable embarking on your education and use of wild plants.
