DESCRIPTION:The Portland Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the American Job Center to host a Job Fair for local businesses and job seekers in our area. The event will be held on Friday\, August 6th from 10am-2pm at the First Baptist Portland Gym (enter through Door #4). \n\n\n\nJOB SEEKERS:\n\nStop by between the hours of 10am-2pm on Friday\, August 6th to meet with local area businesses who are actively hiring and recruiting staff. There is no pre-registration required for job seekers\, simply show up with your resume and be ready to meet your future employer. More information on participating businesses will be updated as it becomes available. \n\n\n\nBUSINESSES:\n\nIs your business interested in participating in the Job Fair? If so\, please complete the form at the link below. Participating businesses will be required to fill out the form below and register with the TN Department of Labor's free online job board.
