The Portland Chamber of Commerce membership is the ownership, or "stockholders," of the organization.  Any person, association, corporation, partnership or estate having and interest in the objective of the organization shall be eligible to apply for membership.  

Applications for membership shall be presented to the full board for review and final approval.  Membership investments are based upon a schedule as prescribed by the board and include subscription to all Chamber publications. Each member is entitled to one representative for voting purposes.
