    Pricing
    - Vendor - $100 per 10x10 (Available for any type of food, sales, craft, info, etc.) - $25 discount available for Chamber Members

    What will you be selling your items from? *
    Each space is equal to 10x10. For example: If your trailer is 23ft long ,that you are selling from, we require that you purchase 3 spaces.
    Electricity Needed?- Additional $50 charge
    Will You Be Using A Generator?
    Please be considerate of other vendors and bring a quieter generator.
    Vendors, please note that your payment secures you a booth space Saturday, October 18, 2025 Booth size is 10D x 10W. One space = one booth. Prices are per space. Vendors may assume that each space they will be renting will be the equivalent of a 10D x 10W space (2 spaces = 10D x 20W, etc.). You must provide your own tent, tables, safety cords, etc. Vendors MUST take care of & dispose of their own grease (NO dumping in city trash cans). Vendors must check in between 7:00-8:00am. All vehicles must be out of the lot(s) by 9:00am. All Vendors may open by 10am. You may cancel by October 1, 2025 for emergency situations only. Otherwise, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR BOOTH SPACE. This is an outdoor festival, and vendors should be prepared for any weather conditions that may occur. The festival will occur rain or shine! Be prepared for wind, rain and/or heat/cold.
